摘要
目的探讨3种肿瘤标志物即β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)、血清铁蛋白(SF)在原发性肝癌临床诊断中的评价。方法原发性肝癌组100例与健康对照组100例(本院血库正常献血员血清)均采用放射免疫分析法测定血清中β2-MG、AFP、SF抗体浓度,放射免疫试剂盒由中国原子能科学研究院提供,其操作方法按试剂盒上说明书进行。结果原发性肝癌组血清β2-MG、AFP、SF水平均明显高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。β2-MG、AFP、SF阳性率分别为80%、92%、88%;β2-MG与SF联合测定阳性率为90%;AFP与SF联合测定阳性率为88%;三者联合测定阳性率为96%。结论肿瘤标志物β2-MG、AFP、SF对原发性肝癌有一定的诊断价值[1-2],3种肿瘤标志物联合检测可提高原发性肝癌诊断的敏感性。
Objective To probe the diagnostic value of β2-mieroglobulin(β2-MG),Alpha-Fetoprotein(AFP), Serum ferritin(SF) in diagnose of primary hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods Two hundred cases were divided into primary hepatocellular carcinoma group(100 cases) and control group(100 cases). Radioimmunoassay (IRMA) was used to detect serum β2-MG, AFP, SF. RIA kits were provided by China Institute of Atomic Energy,and its method of operation be performed according to the kit's instructions. Results The serum level of β2-MG,AFP and SF in primary hepatocellular carcinoma group were significantly higher than that of control group(P〈0.01). The positive rate of β2-MG,AFP and SF for primary hepatocellular carcinoma were 80.0% ,92.8% ,88.0% respectively. The positive rate of β2-MG and SF tumor markers was 90. 0%, the positive rate of AFP and SF tumor markers was 88. 0%,and the positive rate of these three tumor markers was 96.0%. Conclusion The three tumor marker have some diagnos- tic value for primary hepatocellular carcinoma and simultaneously detection is valuable in the diagnosis of primary hepatocellular carcinoma.
