外墙外保温用栲胶改性酚醛树脂泡沫的研究 被引量:10

摘要 针对酚醛树脂泡沫韧性差、强度低、吸水率高等不适用于外墙外保温的特点,采用杨梅栲胶对其进行改性,提高泡沫质量。考察了栲胶加入量对泡沫性能的影响。结果表明,加入栲胶后泡沫的韧性、抗压强度、吸水率都有了明显改善。栲胶加入量为树脂质量的10%~20%时,泡沫泡孔细腻、均匀,密度适中;栲胶加入量为15%时,韧性及阻燃性最好。并推测了栲胶改性酚醛树脂泡沫的机理。 Traditional phenolic foam was not suitable for exterior wall external insulation because of its poor toughness,lowintensity, and high water absorption. Thus, plant tannin extract was used to modify these shortages,and to enhance the phenolic foam quality. We also investigated the influence of the foam performance with different addition of tannin extract. The results showed that toughness, strength, and water absorption of the modified phenolic foams have'been improved significantly. The phenolic foam was uniform and exquisite, and possessed excellent comprehensive performance,with the use amount of plant tannin extract being from 10%-20% of the mass of phenolic resol;the phenolic foam had good toughness and flame retardaney when the amount of plant tannin extract was 15% of the mass of phenolic resol. The mechanism of plant tannin extract modified phenolic foam was presumed.
