摘要
南水北调工程是调节我国水资源时空分布不均、实现水资源合理利用以及优化配置的重要工程。目前爆发的金融危机对于南水北调工程来说既是一次挑战,也是一次机遇。分析金融危机对南水北调工程的某些影响,从一个侧面探讨了金融危机带来的不利因素和有利因素,并从南水北调工程自身的角度,提出科学制定水价、广开融资渠道,控制工程投资、强化管理,保障资金安全等3方面的应对措施。
The South to-North Water Diversion Project is an important work for spatial and temporal regulation of unevenly distributed water re sources in China. The outbreak of the current financial crisis is both a challenge and an opportunity to the South-to-North Water Diversion Project. The in-depth exploration of adverse factors and favorable factors by the crisis to the project is analyzed. The making of water price and broadening the financing channels for control engineering investment, strengthening management, etc. measures are put forward.
