摘要
介绍了抽油机在线监控系统的结构,详细阐述了基于MCGS组态软件的抽油机监控系统的设计步骤及GPRSDTU模块驱动设计流程,数据处理方法。最后给出了抽油机故障诊断的方法。
The functions of real time control, alarm and long range control can be realized by the monitoring system which used MCGS configuration software. This paper introduces the structure of oil pump on - line monitoring system, expatiates the design steps of oil pump on - line monitoring system base on MCGS, the design steps of GPRS DTU＇s drives, and data processing method. And shows the methods of fault diagnose at last.
