柏子仁及霜品中β-谷甾醇的含量测定 被引量:3

摘要 目的:测定柏子仁制霜前后β-谷甾醇的含量。方法:建立了测定柏子仁中β-谷甾醇含量的薄层扫描法。结果:柏子仁炮制前后β-谷甾醇的含量分别为0.173%和0.071 9%。结论:该方法稳定、简单、快速,适用于柏子仁中β-谷甾醇的含量测定。柏子仁经制霜后,β-谷甾醇含量有一定的损失。 Objective: To determine the content of β-sitosterol in the unprocessed semen platycladi and defatted powder of semen platycladi. Methods: TLC-scanner was established to determine the content of β-sitosterol in semen platycladi. Results: The content ofβ-sitosterol in unprocessed semen platycladi was 0. 173% ; the content of β-sitosterol in the defatted powder of semen platycladi was 0. 071 9%. Conclusion: This method was stable, simple and quick could be used to determination of β-sitosterol in semen platycladi. Some of β-sitosterol was lost in the processing course of semen platycladi.
