摘要
采用马来酸酐(MAH)和苯乙烯(St)作为接枝单体,通过溶液聚合法进行了苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三嵌段共聚物(SBS)的接枝改性研究。主要讨论了反应温度、反应时间、马来酸酐和苯乙烯用量、引发剂用量对接枝率的影响。得到最佳反应条件为mSBS∶mMAH∶mSt=10∶1∶1,BPO用量为2%(相对SBS、MAH和St总量的质量分数),反应温度85℃,反应时间3h;并用红外光谱和接触角仪对接枝物进行了表征,结果表明,MAH被成功接枝在SBS链上,且接触角随着接枝率的升高而减小。
The styrene-butadiene-styrene triblock copolymer was modified by solution grafting copolymerlzanon with maleic annydride (MAH) and styrene (St). The effects of reaction time ( t ) and temperature ( T ) ,and the amount of MAH, initiator and St on the grafting percentage were investigated. The optimal conditions of the reaction were mSBS/mMAH/mSt=10/1/1, mBPO/m(SBS+MAH+St)=0.02, T=85 ℃ and t=3h. The FT-IR spectra confirmed that rnaleic anhydride was successfully grafted onto the SBS chain. The contact angle measurement showed that the water contact angle on modified SBS decrease with increasing of grafting percentage.
