摘要
在分析电厂输煤程控系统工艺流程、控制需求的基础上,给出了基于美国AB公司AB Control Logix系列PLC在淮南新庄孜电厂技改工程输煤程控系统的解决方案。该系统性价比高,易于维护,使用方便,性能稳定,可大大减少运行和维护人员的工作量,减少事故发生,对电厂的安全高效运行有很大帮助。
The solution of program control coal transport system in Xinzhuangzi power plant is recommended based on the analysis of technological process and control demand in programmable coal transport system, which utilized the AB control logix series PLC produced by American AB company. The characters of the system are high performance-price ratio, easy to maintain, easy to use, and steady performance. The workload of operation and maintain can be reduced, the probability of accident occurrence could be also decreased. The solution could be advantaged to safe and highly efficient operation in power plant.
