摘要
通过细胞酶免疫测定法测定了胃上皮细胞与HP、E.coli、空肠弯曲菌的结合情况,结果表明胃上皮细胞与HP有较同的结合力,显著高于E.codi、空肠变曲菌组,在工浓度是,反应OD值随加入菌量的增中而递增,当菌量达10^-6-10^7/ml时,OD值不再递增,提示HP与胃上皮细胞的结合呈饱和性,特异性,HP与肝、肠和粘膜细胞结合和低下,提示HP感染具有组织定向性。
Aim: study on the adhesive character of helicobacter pylori to gastric ep-ithlium cell. Method; the binding capacity of gastric epithlium cell (GEC) to HP, E·coli and campylobacter jejunal were detected by ELISA meanwhile, the adhesive character of HP to liver cell and intesstine mucosa cell were also analyzed. Result: the adhesive character of HP to GEC was significantly enhanced campared with E·coli and campylobacter jejunal to GEC (P<0.05). Moreover, the optical density (OD) is increased with adding bacterium gradually before concentration of bacterial reaching 10~6-10~7/ml. The binding capacity of HP to liver cell and intestine mucosa cell was rather low ( P < 0. 05 ), the result implied that HP conjunct gastric epithilium cell was possessed of saturability and specifici-tv.
