基于MAS的小电流接地系统单相接地故障选线方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 小电流接地系统单相接地故障选线与定位问题一直是电力系统继电保护领域的热点问题。目前的基于各种选线方法的小电流接地保护装置均存在故障信息单一的缺点,导致选线正确率不高,并且功能单一,多数不具有故障定位功能。文中结合配电网自动化水平逐步提高的条件,应用MAS系统自适应和分布处理的特点,提出了一种新型的基于MAS的小电流接地系统单相接地故障选线方法;该方法能够有效地识别出故障线路,并且能进一步确定故障点所在的线路段,在一定程度上解决了小电流接地系统单相接地故障的定位问题。仿真结果表明了该方法的有效性和可行性。 The object of fault line selection and fault location of single-line-to-ground fault in non-direct-ground-system is the hot point in relay protection of power system. Present methods use the single signal,which leads that the correct degree is low and the function of equipment is simple. Most of them can not be of the function of fault location. With the development of distribute network automation,MAS (Multi Agent System)is used to presents a new fault line selection and fault location of single-line-to-ground fault in non-direct-ground-system. The MAS is ideal for the method because of its self adapting and distributed processing characters. This method can effectively select fault line,and locate segment of fault line, which realizes the function of fault location in some degree. The simulation case shows the effect of the proposed method.
