摘要
[目的]研究甘孜州民族地区人群幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)感染与饮食、生活方式的关系及预防措施。[方法]对770名18岁~60岁自然人均行Hp诊断实验,其中300名作胃镜检查。[结果]Hp感染与自然人群生食肉类、进食腌腊食品、卫生习惯差及相关知识缺乏有关。[结论]Hp感染重在预防,要减少本地区Hp感染就需要护理人员对广大人群开展系统规范的健康教育,改变生活习惯,从源头切断传染源,降低感染率。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection and diet, lifestyle of people group in Ganzi prefecture minority areas and its preventive measures. Methods: A total of 770 persons aged from 18 to 60 years old accepted Hp diagnostic tests. And among them, 300 persons accepted gastroscopy. Results. People with Hp infection were related to taking meat omopbagia, cured foods, poor health habit, and lack of related knowledge. Conclusion: The importance to reduce Hp infection rate among people is prevention. Nursing staff should develop systematical standardized heath education for crowds, change their living habit. One should cut off the source of infection and decrease the infection rate of crowds.
