摘要
介绍了一种利用电子表格软件进行合成氨高压圈物料衡算的方法。通过应用实例,模拟了生产工艺过程中惰性气体的积累过程;采用手动迭代或自动迭代方式实现了所有气体成分的动态平衡。结果表明,该法比通常的化工流程模拟方法更为简易快捷。
Author has introduced a material balance calculation method for high pressure loop of synthetic ammonia by using of electron form software （ Excel Macro）. Through application example, accumulative process for inert gases has been simulated in the production technology process; dynamic balance has been realized for all the gas constituents by using of manually iterative or automatically iterative modes. Result indicates that this method is more simple and quick than common chemical-engineering simulation method.
