基于UG-PDW的定位弯架冲模设计

摘要 针对弯曲成形件冲模设计的多工步性、刀口分解的合理性和成形零部件的多样性,以一个典型的定位弯架为例,介绍了一种快速、专业的统一解决方案——基于UG-PDW的参数化冲模设计。此定位弯架包含了1个Z形弯曲,并且在此弯曲中的料被冲除,在实际冲压当中弯曲很可能会有少许扭曲现象,针对这种情况本文提出了一种解决扭曲的设计方法供参考。 Bending and forming die with the design of the multi-step,the reasonableness of the edge decomposition to the punches and the diversity of parts and components,through the positioning of a typical curved frame,introducing a fast and professional uniform solution that is press die design based on UG-PDW.This positioning curved frame contains a Z-shaped bend,and bend in the wash in addition to the materials,which bend in the actual punching is likely to be a little distortion,for such a situation also raised in this article distortion in the design of a solution method for reference.
