摘要
纤维软膜喷彩设备的定位加工装置由放料卷、定位、收卷机构组成,如果控制不协调,放料和收卷的速度与定位主驱动速度不均衡,就会造成纵向偏移控制不准确,影响加工质量。为解决这难题,建立恒张力二元速度数字控制系统适配主运动,通过对主运动位置编码器的测量以及物料张力传感数据的分析处理,使检测数据张力恒定对控制信号起决策作用,准确控制纵向偏移和料面张力。
The textile fiber spurts the color equipment's positioning processing device by feeding,positioning and rolling mechanism.If the control lack of coordination,feeding-rolling speed and positioning the main drive speed is not balanced,causing the displacement control is not accurate,cannot improve processing quality.To solve this problem,setting up the constant tension of dual speed digital control system,through the main encoder position measurement,as well as analysis of tensionsensing data processing and control algorithm,controlling test data decision-making accurately.
