摘要
用自制的XMH-160型线性摩擦焊机进行TC4钛合金线性摩擦焊工艺试验,检测了焊接过程摩擦功率及界面温度的变化曲线,结合焊接过程界面剪切强度的变化曲线,论述了摩擦功率曲线的变化规律,并探讨了TC4线性摩擦焊焊接接头的形成机理。
The linear friction welding (LFW) experiment of TC4 alloy was carried out with homemade XMH-160 LFW machine. The curve of the friction power during linear friction welding of TC4 alloy was examined. The evolution characteristics of the friction power were analyzed and the formation mechanism of LFW TC4 was discussed according to the curves of the interfacial temperature and the shear strength.
