丹参对大鼠实验性肝损伤保护作用机理的探讨 被引量:4

摘要 本文对75只大鼠随机分为三组,即CCl_4损伤组、丹参组、正常对照组,分别按时测定其血清ALT、TNF-α、丙二醛(MDA);肝组织匀浆MDA、肝组织钙含量和血清及肝匀浆SOD活力,并观察光镜、电镜下肝组织变化,现报道如下。
