摘要
针对京沪高铁浍河特大桥的环境,对995号墩承台施工进行了钢板桩围堰的结构设计,制订了相应的施工工艺,并采用有限元软件MIDAS对施工过程进行了模拟,根据计算结果对局部应力集中部位采用型钢进行加强,顺利完成了承台基坑的开挖与混凝土的浇筑。钢围堰受力分析过程对类似工程结构设计有借鉴意义。
With the surroundings of the Kuaihe Mega Bridge of the Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway taken into account, the structural design of the steel sheet cofferdam for the construction of the bearing of No. 995 pier is performed in the paper, with corresponding construction techniqiues worked out, the construction process of which project is simulated by the finite element software MIDAS, according to the calculated results of which the local stress-centred sections are strengthened with type steels, which helps the successful excavation of the foundation pits and the pouring of concrete. The analysis process of the cofferdam forces may serve as a reference for other similar projects.
