Analyzing the various management difficulties of logistics enterprises under the financial crisis, the paper proposes how to solve them, points out that the logistics enterprises should seize the logistics market of internal demand, realize joint development with manufacturing enterprises and raise logistics capacity and level in order to strengthen the compatitiveness of logistics enterprises.
