摘要
用流感病毒鼠肺适应株(FM1) 感染的小鼠肺炎模型,研究宣肺解毒颗粒剂对病毒性肺炎小鼠血浆中细胞因子水平的影响。结果表明:病毒感染组较正常动物对照组血浆中IL_1 及IFN_γ水平显著降低( P< 0-01) ,TNF_α水平明显增高,IL_2 仅有降低趋势( P>0-05) ,提示病毒感染可使机体免疫状态发生显著变化。用宣肺解毒颗粒剂治疗后,血浆中IL_2 及IFN_γ水平均显著升高( P< 0-05 ,0-01) ;TNF_α则显著降低;IL_1 水平有升高趋势,表明本药能够提高IL_2 及IFN_γ水平而增强机体抗病毒感染的免疫功能,并通过抑制TNF_α的过量产生,减轻免疫病理损害。
