摘要
目的探讨分析CT和X线平片在诊断肺结核方面的差异。方法对比71例肺结核的X线、CT影像表现,并进行统计学分析。结果71例中X线平片显示50个空洞,CT显示108个;X线平片显示空洞周围卫星病灶45例,CT显示69例;X线显示空洞引起肺内支气管播散12例,CT显示23例;X线显示结核空洞外侧胸膜增厚5例,CT显示10例;X线无1例显示纵隔内及肺门旁淋巴结肿大,CT显示纵隔内及肺门旁淋巴结肿大4例,少量胸腔积液6例。统计学显示二者存在显著差异。结论CT诊断肺结核准确率明显优于X线平片。
Objective To discuss and analyze difference of CT and X-ray plain film in diagnosis of phthisis. Methods To compare representation of X-ray and CT image of 71 cases of phthisis and perform statistic analysis. Results In the 71 cases,50 hollow spaces were shown on X-ray plain film and 108 hollow spaces were shown on CT;45 cases of satellitic nidus around hollow spaces were shown on the X-ray plain film and 69 cases were shown on CT; 12 cases bronchogenic dissemination in lung caused by hollow spaces were shown on X-ray and 23 cases were shown on CT;5 cases of pleural thickening outside of the tuberculous cavity were shown on X- ray and 10 cases were shown on CT; no lymphadenectasis in the mediastina and beside the hilus of lung was shown on X- ray and 4 cases of lymphadenectasis in the mediastina and beside the hilus of lung and 6 cases of thoraces dropsy were shown on CT. It was shown by the statistics that there was difference between the both ones. Conclusions Accuracy rate of phthisis diagnosed by CT evidently is superior to X-ray plain film.
