摘要 目的探讨环氧化酶-2(COX-2)和Ki-67抗原在人脑胶质瘤中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化S-P法检测6例正常脑组织和72例人脑胶质瘤中COX-2和Ki-67抗原的表达。结果COX-2和Ki-67在正常脑组织中均不表达,而在各级别的人脑胶质瘤中均有表达,两者有显著性差异(P<0.01),COX-2和Ki-67的表达在高级别胶质瘤中显著高于低级别胶质瘤(P<0.01),且COX-2和Ki-67的表达相关(P<0.05)。结论COX-2可以作为评估胶质瘤细胞增殖的良好指标,COX-2和Ki-67的表达可以判断胶质瘤的恶性程度,为临床病理分级提供有意义的依据。 Objective Objective To investigate the expression of COX-2 and Ki-67 in human glioma and their clinical significance. Methods The expression of COX-2 and Ki-67 was detected by SP immunohistochemicai technique in glioma (n = 72) and normal brain tissues (n = 6). Their clinical significance and the correlation between COX--2 and Ki--67 were analyzed. Results The COX--2 and Ki--67 were not expressed in the all normal brain tissue, but the expression of COX--2 and Ki--67 could he detected in all grades of gliomas. The positive rate of COX--2 and Ki--67 expression in high grade group was significant higher than that in normal brain tissue and in low grade group (P d0. 01). There was a significant positive correlation between the expression of COX-- 2 and Ki-- 67 and pathologi- cal grade of glioma. Conclusions The expression level of COX--2 correlate significantly with proliferating activity of glioma cell. The expression of COX-- 2 and Ki-- 67 are closely related with pathologic grade of glioma.
