糖脂平对喂养型胰岛素抵抗大鼠糖脂代谢和胰岛素敏感性的影响 被引量:2

The Effect of Tangzhiping on Glycemic and Lipid Metabolism and Insulin Sensitivity in Rat Insulin Resistance Model

摘要 目的:建立喂养型胰岛素抵抗(IR)大鼠模型,观察糖脂平对喂养型IR大鼠糖脂代谢和胰岛素敏感性的影响。方法:采用高脂高盐饲料喂养的方法建立了IR大鼠模型,24只模型大鼠随机分为模型组、中药组、西药组,另有8只正常大鼠为对照组,连续给药8周后,检测各组大鼠的体重、血压、血糖、血脂(TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C)、血清游离脂肪酸(FFA)和血清胰岛素。结果:糖脂平可明显抑制喂养型IR大鼠的体重增长,降低空腹血糖,改善胰岛素抵抗,纠正脂代谢紊乱,但对血压无明显影响。结论:中药糖脂平具有明显改善IR的作用,从而纠正糖脂代谢紊乱,是用于防治IR/MS的有效方剂,有进一步深入研究的价值。 Objective:To establish rat insulin resistance model and to observe the effects of Tangzhiping on glucose and lipid metabolism and insulin sensitivity in rat insulin resistance model. Methods:Rat insulin resistance model was established through feeding a high-fat-salt diet. Twenty-four rats with insulin resistance were randomly divided into model group, Tangzhiping group, and Rosiglitazone group. Eight healthy rats were served as control. Tangzhiping group and Rosiglitazone group were treated with Tangzhiping or Rosiglitazone for 8 weeks. The levels of body weight, blood pressure (BP), plasma glucose, blood lipid, free fatty acid (FFA)and serum insulin were observed. Results : Tangzhiping treatment suppressed the increase of body weight significantly,which was better than Rosiglitazone treatment. Tangzhiping and Rosiglitazone had similar improving effects on alucose and lipid metabolism and insulin sensitivity. Conclusion, Tangzhiping regulates glucose and lipid metabolism disturbance through improving insulin resistance and is worth to be studied further.
