摘要
随着全球经济的发展,西方某些学者认为世界正处于一个前所未有的危机频发时期。从现实情况来看,中国人口众多,是一个各种灾难和危机多发的国家。我国政府在危机管理方面积累了丰富的经验。但实事求是地分析,我国政府危机管理体制还不够完善,政府和整个社会的危机管理能力有待提高。对世界具有先进危机管理模式的国家进行分析有助于对我国政府危机管理存在的弊端及体制构建进行探讨。
With the development of economy in the world, some western scholar thinks that the world is in the period which the crisis breaks out frequently. In fact, China is a country with billions of people which leads to all kinds of disaster and crisis. Several of disaster and crisis result in great damage. Our country endures the test and accumulates lots of experience on the government crisis management. To tell it as it is, our government crisis management system is not still perfect and the ability should be promoted. So analyzing the situation of advanced crisis management model is helpful to do research on the manage system.
