摘要
我们为使刚出校门的医学毕业生通过规范化培训成为合格的临床医师,我院自1995年对新进院的本科生、研究生实行为期2年的轮转培训,麻醉科作为每位住院医师的必转科室,每期3个月。科主任全面负责,制定培训计划、实施措施及考核办法,由分管教学的副主任及总住院医师直接管理带教培训工作。至1997年8月已接收8期28名住院医师的培训,达到了预期的目的。
In order to develop medical graduates into wellqualified clinicians through the standardized training, since 1995 the hospital has trained the graduates and postgraduates on rotation for 2 years. The training in anesthesia division is compulsory for every residents, and its period is 3 months. The division director is fully responsible for the rotation training, such as planning, implementation and evaluation. The deputy director for teaching and the chief residents directly manage the tutoring work. Eight groups(28 residents ) have received the training by August 1997. The training achieved the desired goal. The trainees played an important role in their different division through using the knowledge and techniques they learned in anesthesia division.
