摘要
国内外众多研究显示,长期的太极拳锻炼可以缓解因衰老导致的生理机能的老化,并且对于老年人的肌肉力量、本体感觉、平衡控制等功能的改善,均有一定的益处。建议将太极拳作为一种具有代表性的健身方式在老年人群中推广。
With the coming of aging, the elderly health should be paid more attention. Through reading lots of papers through out the world, long term Tai Chi practice can postpone the decline of the physiological characteristics by aging. Tai Chi is a moderate intensity exercise that is beneficial to muscle strength, proprioception, balance control and so on. It is suggested to popularize Tai Chi as a representative exercise.
