摘要
在介绍等离子燃烧器工作原理的基础上,分析了影响等离子点火的基本因素主要是煤粉细度和原煤的挥发分质量分数,同时结合等离子点火技术在台山电厂3号、5号锅炉中的应用情况,指出了燃烧调整中存在的问题和等离子模式下启动锅炉的逻辑特点,并针对存在的问题提出了解决措施。
Based on describing the principle of plasma burner, main factors influencing the plasma ignition are analyzed, i. e. the fineness of pulverized coal and the mass fraction of volatile matter. Combined with the application of plasma ignition technique to Boilers 3 and 5 in Taishan Power Plant, the problems existing in combustion adjustment are indicated along with the logical features of starting boiler under the plasma mode; solutions thereof are presented as well.
