摘要
以3a生低需冷量春捷毛桃和高需冷量青州冬雪蜜桃为试材,研究桃芽自然休眠诱导期间的生理变化。结果表明,在自然休眠诱导期间,桃芽中水分质量分数和存在状态、膜透性、淀粉和可溶性糖质量分数以及呼吸代谢发生重大变化。伴随着自然休眠的发展,桃芽中水分质量分数、自由水/束缚水比值和膜透性迅速降低,且青州冬雪蜜桃先于春捷毛桃下降,下降速度青州冬雪蜜桃大于春捷毛桃;而淀粉和可溶性糖质量分数则迅速增加,青州冬雪蜜桃先于春捷毛桃增加,增加速度青州冬雪蜜桃大于春捷毛桃;呼吸强度逐渐降低,同时呼吸途径发生重大变化,其中蛋白质和脂肪的三羧酸循环途径的容量急剧增加;糖酵解—三羧酸循环途径的容量呈不规则变化;磷酸戊糖途径的容量逐渐降低;剩余呼吸途径的容量逐渐升高。
Physiological changes of peach bud in dormancy induction period were studied with low chilling requirement peach cultivar Chunjie and high chilling requirement peach cuhivar Qingzhou Dongxuemitao. The results indicated that the water content and status, membrane permeability, starch and soluble sugar content, and respiration all significantly changed during the dormancy induction. Along with dormancy developing, the water content, the ratio of the free water and the bound water and membrane permeability decreased rapidly; the high chilling requirement peach cuhivar Qingzhou Dongxuemitao decreased earlier with high extent compared with low chilling requirement peach eultivar Chunjie; on the contrary ,starch and soluble sugar content increased fast,and the change of Qingzhon Dongxuemitao was earlier and faster than that of Chnnjie. Meanwhile ,respiratory intensity declined gradually and respiratory pathways changed, the TCA capacity of protein and fat sharply raised ,and the EMP-TCA capacity changed erratically,but the HMP capacity gradually dropped, the total capacity of the other respiratory pathways increased.
