摘要
采用光镜和电镜技术对红鳍东方幼鱼消化道进行了组织学与形态学研究。红鳍东方消化道组织基本上分为粘膜层、粘膜下层、肌肉层和浆膜四层。口咽腔和食道前部表面被覆复层扁平上皮细胞 ,有杯状细胞、粘液细胞和味蕾分布。食道后部、胃、小肠和直肠的粘膜上皮由单层柱状上皮构成。胃 J型 ,没有胃腺存在 ,但发现有一种特殊的分泌细胞。小肠前部纵行粘膜褶发达 ,Z型 ,而后部粘膜褶不发达 ;直肠粘膜褶也很发达 ,为单个的乳头状突起。在食道与胃、胃与小肠、小肠与直肠之间均有括约肌。
The histology and morphology of the digestive tract of the juvenile globefish, Fugu rubipes, is described by using the light microscope, TEM(Transmission Electron Microscope) and SEM(Scanning Electron Microscope). The digestive tract of Fugu rubipes consists of oral pharyngeal cavity, oesophagus, stomach, intestine, and rectum distinctly. And the digestive tract is a four layer tissue which is compared of mucosa, submucosa, muscularis and serosa. The oral pharyngeal cavity and the fore oesophagus is covered with stratified squamous epithelium, the goblet cells, mucosal cells and taste buds are also present in here. In the hind oesophagus, stomach, intestine and rectum, the mucosal epithelium consists of the single layered columnar epithelium. The J shaped stomach has no gastric glands, but there lies a special kind of secreting cells. The Z shaped mucosal fold is well developed in the fore intestine, but undeveloped in the hind intestine, however the mucosal fold of the rectum is also well developed with a kind of single convex papillate. The sphincter muscle lies in the joints between oesophagus and stomach, stomach and intestine, intestine and rectum.
