摘要
颈动脉支架置入是近年来发展较快的技术,颈动脉支架置入治疗颈内动脉狭窄对患者创伤小、痛苦少,从循证医学的角度来看,颈动脉支架置入已成为代替经典的颈动脉内膜剥离治疗颈动脉狭窄的有效方法。文章就颈动脉狭窄的病理学、颈动脉支架成形的研究现状、如何认识颈动脉支架生物相容性、如何认识颈动脉支架的适应证、颈动脉支架的并发症及预防等方面的有关问题进行了探讨。
Carotid artery stent has been rapidly developed in recent years. It has minimal invasion and little pain for internal carotid arterial stenosis patients undergoing carotid artery stenting. From view of evidence-based medicine, carotid artery stent implantation has become the most effective method to treat carotid arterial stenosis rather than traditional carotid endarterectomy. This paper discussed problems such as pathology of carotid arterial stenosis, research status of carotid artery stent, biocompatibility of carotid artery stent, indication of carotid artery stent, complications of carotid artery stent and their prevention.
