摘要 目的研究软通道技术治疗基底节区脑出血的疗效.方法对37例基底节区脑出血患者,采用软通道技术行液化血肿清除治疗.结果37例患者中,出院30例,死亡7例,病死率18.9%.结论应用微创液化引流术治疗基底节区脑出血,手术时间短,清除血肿快,恢复时间短,具有较大的优越性. Objective To study the effect of the soft channel technology on cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia. Method 37 patients with cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia, received the soft channel technology of liquification haematoma elimination treatment. Result Among 37 patients, 30 patients left the hospital, 7 patients died, the mortality was 18.9%. Conclusions Micro-invasive |iquified drainage has many advantages in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia such as short operation time, quick elimination of the haematoma, and short recovery time.
