摘要
介绍了如何利用VB 6.0(Visual Basic 6.0版)Windows编程工具,开发出IPC(工控机)与三菱PLC(可编程控制器)之间通过USB接口进行通信的程序,完成IPC与PLC之间无缝链接,实现PLC控制信息与IPC监控、管理信息共享。并以钢管水压试验机水压实时监控系统软件开发为例,具体说明基于VB 6.0编程工具,并通过USB接口,如何完成IPC与PLC通讯软件的编制,对编写通信程序比较陌生的开发者,有一定的借鉴。
How to develop the communication programe betwween IPC （ Industrial Process Control） and PLC （ Programmable Logic Controller） with USB interface by using VB 6.0 （ Visual Basic 6.0 version） Windows programnming tool and realize the seamless interlinkage between them and realize the information sharing between PLC controlling message and IPC monitroing and supervising message are introduced in the paper. And taking the hydrostatic pressure realtime monitoring software of hydrostatic pipe tester for example to acomplish the compling of the communication software betwween IPC and PLC with USB interface also specifically illuminated, it can provide the reference for the devoloper who is not familier with the communication software.
