摘要
以提升机调速要求为背景,分析了六脉波双变量交交变频器控制的三相异步电动机效率优化,提出了最佳转差率控制方法。利用Matlab/Simulink建立仿真模型的分析结果说明,根据负载变化通过交交变频器调节电机的频率和电压,能达到提高交交变频提升机力能指标的效果。
Based on the requirement of the hoist speed control, the effective optimization ot asynchronous motor drived by six-wave bivariate cycloconverter was analyzed. The best slip control method was discussed and proposed. A simulation modle was constructed based on Matlab/Simulink software, and a novel trigger pulse model was adopted. The simulation results show that optimization energy target can be obtained through regulating the frequency and voltage of asynchronous motor by cycloconverter.
