摘要
对层片状二氧化钼还原过程不同温度下的形貌进行了较详细地研究,得出了还原过程的分裂模型。描述还原过程为吸附-还原-分裂-形核-长大-成形5个阶段,这5个阶段明显的区别可通过其形貌和氧含量得以确定。
Appearance evolution of molybdenum powder was researched in detail in molybdenum dioxide reduction under varied temperatures. In the paper a cleavage model was got, in reduction, which is absorption -reduction - cleavage - nucleation - growth - figuration. The differences of the five stages can be clearly determined by appearances and oxide content of molybdenum powder.
