摘要
利用VonKarman模型,对受内压作用固体火箭发动机喷管堵盖进行了几何大变形分析,考虑了工艺因素对堵盖变形和堵盖与喷管喉衬粘接界面应力的影响,分别对牢靠粘接和3种不同形式的不牢靠粘接进行了计算,结果表明,堵盖与喉衬的粘接面脱粘对界面应力场有很大的影响。
Based on Von Karman′s theory,the non linear analysis of SRM nozzle closure under distributed load was conducted.The effects of processing factors on the deformation of the nozzle closure,and the interface stress of the closure and the throat insert were taken into account.Four caculating models,which include one perfect form and three various debond forms were also considered.The results configure out that the debond of the closure and the throat insert play an important part in the interface intensity
