摘要
水循环经济作为一种先进的经济发展方式,是缓解水资源日益短缺以及遏制水环境恶化的根本手段。在分析我国发展水循环经济重要性的基础上,提出了近期促进我国水循环经济发展的主要对策,即调整产业结构和生产方式,提高水资源的利用效率;切实提高生态伦理责任意识;以科学发展观为指导,促进水资源配置任务和目标的实现。
As an advanced way to develop the economy, water circulatory economy becomes the essential way to alleviate the shortage of water resources and to hold back the deterioration of water environment. By explaining the importance of water circulatory economy in our country, this article covers the main solutions of improving the progress of water circulatory in the near future. Such as adjusting industrial structure and mode of production; enhancing the efficiency in using water; strengthening the awareness of ecosystem and ethics, and accomplishing the allocation of water resources with the guide of scientific outlook and development.
