摘要
沉管灌注桩由于其单桩承载力高、施工方便、造价低等优点,得到了广泛的应用。分析了三角形截面沉管灌注桩的设计与施工要点,与目前工程中常用的正方形截面桩和圆形截面桩进行了技术经济指标的对比分析。结合某实际工程进行的单桩竖向静载试验结果表明,三角形截面沉管灌注桩在提高承载力和降低成本方面具有明显的优势。
Because of the high capacity, the convenience of construction and the low price, the pipe-sinking- filling piles are widely used. The key points of design and construction of pipe-sinking-filling pile with triangle section were analysed in this paper. The comparative analysis in technology and economy among square section piles, circular section piles, and triangle section piles were conducted. Based on the result of vertical loading bearing capacity test of a pile with triangle section carrying out in an engineering project, it is concluded that the triangle section pile is competitive for using in engineering for higher loading bearing capacity and lower cost compare with square section piles or circular section piles.
