摘要
以四川省雅安市玉米研究开发中心近年来育成的部分玉米新自交系和骨干系为材料,采用不完全双列杂交设计,对其主要性状进行一般配合力效应分析。结果表明:不同自交系所表现的配合力不同,同一个自交系不同性状间和同一个性状不同自交系间的配合力存在着一定的差异;自交系YA3729、YA3237、YA8201和YA8801能显著改进F1的产量,其产量配合力显著高于平均效应,属于高配合力自交系,用其作亲本易组配出高产杂交种。
The general combining ability （GCA） of main characters of several maize inbred lines were analyzed based on the incomplete dialel cross design. The material included some new lines and several elite lines which were bred in recent years by the Maize Research and Development Centre, Ya＇ an, Sichuan. The results showed as follows ： （i） The combining ability was different on each line. The combining abili- ty of different characters in the same line and that of different lines in the same character were diverse. （ii）YA3729, YA3237, YA8201 and YA8801 which could outstandingly increase the production of F1 generation were high combining ability inbred lines, of which combining ability of yield were distinctly higher than that of average effect. We could breed high-yield hybrids easily by utilizing above lines.
