介绍了我国常规中厚板轧机、中厚板炉卷轧机的生产工艺流程、轧机类型、轧机布置、轧辊宽度选择以及采用的新技术等。
The operation parameters of Jinan Steel＇s 150 t/h dry quenched coke power generation system did not achieved design indexes and the generated energy has the space promoted. By adopting a series of measures such as optimizing the technology operating parameters, intensifying the equipment management and strengthening daily management etc, the coke dry quenching system realized balanced and stable production. Then the utilization of the steam was increased to 0.533 from 0.512 and the daily average generated energy was increased to 442 thousand kW,h from 415 thousand kW·h.
