摘要
利用OQSS在线调查软件调查了台州学院教师对公开保存科研成果的态度。从学历、职称、工作年限、科研量、专业等角度分析了他们对公开保存科研成果的态度差异,阐述了教师支持与不支持公开保存的原因。最后,从激励政策、操作性、资源数量与质量等四方面提出有效的数据库建设思考。
The article investigated the attitudes of tmiversity teachers in Taizhou university towards preserving their scientific research publicly using OQSS online investigating software. From the perspectives of their education background, job title, length of working time, scientific research quantity and majors, etc., the article analyzed the differences in attitudes towards preserving scientific research publicly, dug into the reasons, and put forward four effective suggestions such as policy, operatability, resource quantity and quality for the database construction.
