摘要
目的探讨鼻出血介入治疗的临床效果、并发症及注意事项。方法采用介入治疗技术及数字减影血管造影技术，对8例顽固性鼻出血患者进行超选择性颌内动脉和（或）面动脉栓塞。结果8例患者达到立即止血目的，所有患者均出现程度不同的头痛症状，无严重并发症发生。结论在数字减影技术和介入治疗技术下，对顽固性鼻出血进行超选择性动脉栓塞是安全、有效、快捷的止血方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects, complications and cautions for interventional treatment of epistaxis. Methods interventional treatment technology and digital subtraction angiography （DSA） technology,the 8 patients with intractable epistaxis internal maxillary artery and/or facial artery embolization. Results The results showed that 8 patients had immediate hemostasis, all patients had varying degrees of headache symptoms,without serious complications occurred. Conclusion With technical and interventional treatment of digital subtraction techniques, to apply super-selective arterial embolization treatment for intractable epistaxis is a safe, effective method to stop bleeding.
