摘要
目的:研究八角茴香不同部位的挥发油化学成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取八角茴香的种子和果壳的挥发油,用GC-MS法鉴定挥发油成分。结果:从八角茴香种子挥发油鉴定了33个化学成分,占挥发油的97.77%,得率为5.92%;八角茴香果壳挥发油鉴定了39个化合物,占挥发油的96.08%,得率为5.24%。结论:有22个化学成分是种子和果壳共有的。其中,主要成分是茴香脑、胡椒酚、草蒿脑、2-[2-吡啶基]-环己醇、柠檬烯、芳樟醇和α-香柑油烯等。
Objective: To analyze the chemical components of essential oil from pericarp and seeds of Illicium verurn Hook. f.. Methods: The essential oil was extracted by steam distillation, and GC-MS was used to analyze their components. Results: 33 compounds were identified from seeds of I. verum Hook. f., which amounted to 97.77% of the total essential constituents, the accepting rate of which was 5. 92%, and 39 compounds were identified from pericarp of I. verum Hook. f., which was up to 96.08% of the total essential constituents, the accepting rate of which was 5. 24%. Conclusion: 22 compounds exist both in seeds and pericarps, such as anethole, chavicol, estragole, 2-[2-pyridyl]-cyclohexanol, D-limonene, linalool, and-bergamotene.
