摘要
目的观察P物质在脂肪肝大鼠胃窦组织内的变化,探讨其在胃动力障碍中的作用机制。方法将SD大鼠30只随机分为实验组(n=20)和对照组(n=10),采用高脂饲料喂养制备大鼠脂肪肝模型,3个月后用放射性核素(99mTc)灌胃测定大鼠胃液体排空率;应用免疫组化法检测大鼠胃组织SP的表达。结果脂肪肝大鼠胃排空率为75.8±3.3%,较对照组的81.4±7.2%明显减弱(P<0.05);脂肪肝动物胃窦P物质阳性单位(31.9±4.7)较对照组(38.5±7.3,P<0.05)降低。结论脂肪肝大鼠胃运动功能减弱与P物质表达减少可能有一定的关系。
Objective To observe the substance P expression in gastric antrum of rats with fatty liver desease. Methods 30 SD rats were divided into two groups. 20 were fed with high-fat diet to establish fatty liver model,and 10 for control. The gastric empty rate was determined by detection of radioactive ^99mTc in gastrogavagc. The substance P expression in gastric antrum was detected by immuonhistochemistry. Results The gastric empty rate in rats with fatty liver decreased significantly as compared to that in control (75.8±3.3% vs.81.4±7.2%,P〈0.05);the substance P expression decreased (31.9±4.7vs.38.5±7.3,P〈0.05). Conclution The gastric motility in rats with fatty liver is delayed,which may be associated with decrease of substance P expression.
