摘要 目的研究AgNOR,Ki-67在增生性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩中的水平,探讨病理性瘢痕的增殖特征。方法应用改良AgNORs染色方法和免疫组化方法检测47例增生性瘢痕,22例瘢痕疙瘩,16例正常皮肤组织AgNORs图象的积分光密度(IODintegrated optical density)和Ki-67 LI。结果瘢痕疙瘩中AgNORIOD值和Ki-67 LI高于增生性瘢痕,差异显著(P<0.05)。AgNORIOD值与Ki-67 LI呈正相关。结论瘢痕疙瘩和增生性瘢痕增殖活性有显著差异,AgNORs染色方法和Ki-67 LI在增生性瘢痕与瘢痕疙瘩的鉴别诊断中有一定意义。 Objective To evaluate the proliferation characters of pathological scars with AgNORs IOD level and Ki-67 LI. Methods 47 hyperplastie scars, 22 cheloid tissues and 16 normal skins were involved in the present study. The AgNORs and Ki-67 LI were detected. Results The AgNORs IOD and Ki-67 LI of pathological sears were significantly higher than that of normal skins and that of hyperplastie scar. Conclusion There are different proliferation characters of fibroblast cells in hyperplastie scar, cheloids and normal skin. AgNORs IOD and Ki-67 may be useful in differential diagnosis of hyperplastic scar and cheloids.
