摘要
大罐抽气技术作为一种回收油罐烃蒸气的有效手段已被普遍采用。目前,国内油田一般采用压缩机抽取大罐气。介绍的喷射泵回收油罐烃蒸气技术可有效利用高压油田三相分离器分离出的高压天然气作为动力气驱动喷射泵回收油罐烃蒸气,从而降低烃蒸气回收成本,提高经济效益。从喷射泵回收油罐烃蒸气的工艺流程、工艺参数选择、喷射泵结构计算等几个方面对该技术进行探讨。
Drawing hydrocarbon vapor from storage tanks is widely introduced as an effective way to recover lighter hydrocarbon.Compressors are generally used to draw hydrocarbon vapor in China.A technique of jet pumps recovering hydrocarbon vapor from storage tanks is introduced and discussed in this article,in which high pressure natural gas from three-phase separators or other existing high pressure gas sources are used as motive gas to drive jet pumps to recover hydrocarbon from storage tanks.For the technique takes full advantage of existing high-pressured gas resources,operating costs cuts down as well as economic benefit improves.In the article,jet pump recovering technique is discussed as follows: process flow,process parameters,jet pump structural calculation,etc.
