摘要
对二甲醚与瓶装LPG调压器用橡胶膜片的相容性进行研究。将橡胶膜片浸入液态二甲醚中,观察橡胶膜片的溶胀现象,进行相关拉伸强度、扯断伸长率、硬度、热老化等性能试验,分析了橡胶膜片在二甲醚中溶胀及性能变化的化学机理。探讨了城镇燃气用二甲醚对目前使用的瓶装LPG调压器可能造成的影响。
The consistency between dimethyl ether and rubber diaphragm in bottled LPG regulator is studied. The swelling phenomenon of rubber diaphragm is observed when it is immersed in liquid dimethyl ether, and the performance tests such as tensile strength, elongation at break, hardness and thermal aging are carried out. The chemical mechanism of swelling and performance change of rubber diaphragm in dimethyl ether is analyzed. The possible influence of dimethyl ether as city gas on bottled LPG regulator used currently is discussed.
