摘要
[目的]探讨弱光环境下设施桃果实品质的发育变化规律及形成机理。[方法]以3年生设施桃为试材,通过扣棚搭建2种不同的光环境(不遮荫、全光照和遮荫约35%),测定果实的体积及单果重和可溶性总糖、可滴定酸、可溶性蛋白、维生素C等果实品质指标,研究不同光环境对设施桃果实品质的影响。[结果]在设施遮荫环境下,桃果实的体积及单果重较对照均减小,在果实生长发育早期,遮荫对果实体积和平均单果重的影响较小,后期影响较大。在设施栽培条件下,与设施自然光环境相比,遮荫处理后桃树果实中可溶性总糖和Vc含量降低,而可滴定酸和可溶性蛋白含量升高。[结论]该研究为设施果树的高效优质栽培的调控及提高设施果实品质提供理论依据。
[ Objective] The study aimed to discuss the growth and development regularity as well as formation mechanism of fruit quality in the peach in greenhouse under the weak light environment. [ Method] With 3-year-old peach in greenhouse as tested materials, 2 kinds of different light environments as not shading, all light and shading about 35% were build by using shading sheds. Fruit volume, single fruit weight and fruit quality indicators such as total soluble sugar, titratable acid, soluble protein, vitamin C were determined to study the effect of different light environments on fruit quality of peach in greenhouse. [ Result] The fruit volume and single fruit weight in the shading greenhouse environment was reduced than the control, and the shading had more effect in late stage than that in early stage of fruit development. Compared with natural light environment in greenhouse, the contents of total soluble sugar and Vc of fruit was reduced under greenhouse cultivation, while the contents of titratable acid and soluble protein was increased after shading treatment. [ Conclusion] The study provided a theoretical basis for regulation on efficient and high quality cultivation of fruit trees and improving the quality of fruit in greenhouse.
