摘要
研究了用原子荧光法测定卷烟主流烟气中的汞、砷、铅。结果表明,卷烟主流烟气用剑桥滤片捕集,用2%盐酸超声波浸取滤片上捕集的汞、砷、铅,然后用原子荧光法测定,方法相对标准偏差为2.8%~3.2%,标准回收率为91%~95%。
A new method for the determination of mercury, lead and arsenic in cigarette smoke by using atomic fluorescence spectroscopy was studied. The mainstream cigarette smoke was collected by cambridge filter, and mercury, lead and arsenic were collected with 2% hydrochloric acid ultrasonic leaching filter. The mercury, lead and arsenic in digest were determined by atomic fluorescence spectroscopy. Under the optimum determination conditions, the standard relative standard deviations are 2.8% -3.2% and the recoveries are 91% -95%.
