摘要
基于东欢坨矿2JK-3/20型双滚筒单绳缠绕式提升机,提出了提升机电控系统改造方案,由可编程控制器代替继电器-接触器构成的逻辑控制装置,实现了提升机的控制功能、安全保护及联锁功能、完善的综合后备保护等功能,该系统完全可以满足生产需要。
Has put forward redevelop project based on 2JK -3/20 hoist which has double roller and use single rope in Donghuantuo Coal mine. It uses PLC to replace the relay - contact control system and it can realize hoist itergrated control function , safe - protection function and reserve protction function. In fact, it can fit manufactury requrments fully.
