摘要
通过对单轨机车起吊重物时的工况及存在问题进行分析,综合运用机械和液压传动原理,提出了以两级圆柱齿轮减速器作为起吊部的主要传动机构,以大扭矩液压马达为动力源的新型全液压单轨机车起吊部的方案。应用这一方案可改善单轨机车起吊部的使用性能、提高使用的安全性和可靠性,达到了节能、低耗经济运行的效果。
Through the analysis to the single track locomotive hoisting up heavy item' s working condition and the existence question, the synthesis utilization machinery and the hydraulic transmission principle, it is proposed taking the department of lifting main transmission system by two grade of cylindrical gears reducer, taking the great torque hydraulic motor as power supply by the new entire hydraulic pressure single track locomotive department of lifting scheme. Using this scheme may improve the single track loco-motive department of lifting operational performance, enhance the use of security and the reliability, achieve energy- saving conservation,low- power economic effect.
