摘要
为提高螺旋滚筒的焊接质量和生产率,研制开发了数控焊接变位机。针对螺旋滚筒的参数和其复杂结构的焊接,重点给出了数控焊接变位机机械部分的设计与计算,为设计和应用变位机与采煤机零件的制造提供参考。
A numerical controlled welding positioner is developed to improve the spiral drum welding quality and the productivity. The mechanical units design and calculation of numerical controlled welding positioner are focused on aimed at the spiral drum parameter and complex welding construction, which is a useful reference for coal cutter mechanical part manufacture by useing of a positioner.
