摘要
装载机的工作装置直接影响装载机的性能参数和作业效率,对其进行合理的设计在整机设计中占有十分重要的地位。采用了类比作图试凑法和三维软件运动分析相结合的方法对ZL50C-Ⅱ高卸工作装置设计进行了优化设计分析,使此工作装置的结构性能达到了设计要求,满足了整机的性能要求。
The wheel loader working linkage affects the wheel loader capability and busywork efficiency. It is in quite important status that reasonable design about working linkage in the whole. The method was ad -poted, which consist of analogy construct try scratchy method and the three_dimen sional software movement analyse, making optimize design analyse at ZLSOC - Ⅱ tall uninstau wheel loader working linkage, making working linkage structure capability reach the design request, satisfing the whole machine capability request.
